Have a few things to report
The new job is going great, the people are wonderful and fun, the horses are great, and I get to ride as part of my job!
The barn work is pretty standard, but not terribly hard overall. Worst thing we have to do is get hay. The dust is terrible. XP
I have recently aquired a few more model horses! I have a considerable collection as it is, so yay more model ponies! I have a conga of G2 SM WBs, I'm only missing a few! I added two more to the lineup this past weekend. Unfortunately, Breyer is stupid and they tack the SMs before putting them in the packaging WITHOUT any protection between the saddle and the horse...which results in a horse with saddle displaced paint. Which sucks because the color is beautiful.
Good news is that I also got a GG Valentine and Heartbreaker who were in great condition.
I am so happy that Eberl has been sculpting for Breyer!
Which brings me to the next pony...a Thunderstorm! The HTF of this year's Treasure Hunt.
Very lovely indeed! I'm actually going to get this whole set based on the mold alone. My big purchase(not literally as the model in quetion is rather small, smaller than Classic scale) was a Sarah Mink 'VToo.' Can't wait for that one to show up at my door!
And last, but not least! I lessoned on Hannah today!
I think she's telling me she's ready for the 3' division
I love this mare. ^_^

A video of the almost 5 year old TB I've been jump training for my friend. He's currently for sale to an experienced rider. We think he's gonna make a lovely 3' Hunter or Equitation horse.
I'm currently trying to finish my backlog of commissions and prizes. I'll make a separate journal for them eventually.
Recent-ish commission from the lovely
She had an emergency and opened up some commission slots and I glday took one. I love her work, and her rendition of the...unique...Eratias was spectacular. He is not an easy creature to draw!
There are times when you can trust a horse, times when you can't, and times when you have to.
